Zelle is not working within the app
It won't work with my S22 Ultra, please fix it
Updated to the new Galaxy and the app no longer works. It just shows a screen of the bank symbol.
Upgraded phone and now am unable to get this app to open.
Changed my review to 4 stars because recently I've been having issues with Zelle. When I click on the Zelle option, it takes me to s blank screen. It just stopped working all of a sudden. Besides that, the App works great.
Not able to open it with S22...👎keep trying over and over to see if it's been fixed and still nothing! It's going on a month now!🤦♀️
I can appreciate that new phones and versions of android can cause issues. When can credit union members expect a fix?
My original post was February 17th it is now March 24th and there is still no ability for me to use this APP. Are there any plans to fix this? 6 weeks is absolutely long enough to undo what you did that broke it. I do not have a computer that will allow me to take pictures of checks to deposit since you don't have branches everywhere. It won't open anymore on LG. Looks like y'all have an issue since I'm not the only one with it failing to open suddenly
Doesn't work on the new Galaxy s22 ultra like other people have mentioned within the last few weeks it would be great if we could get this handled
